Nothing much to report, really. I was just getting really tired of that old entry being on my page for OVER A YEAR.

Haha. My favorites make me look like like I'm really obsessed with nurses and tentacles. Well... I am, but not in that way.

I'm still a little unsure. However, I've just gotten around to reading through the new TOS as prompted by a notice on one of my favorite photographer's pages. I had skimmed it before, sure, but I really didn't read into it. Normally legal things don't concern me too much. However... I'm wholly and completely ticked.

See, this favorite photographer of mine has left dA because of the TOS and I don't blame her in the slightest. It's COMPLETELY unfair to her and everyone else on this site. I hate the direction dA is headed, and has been headed. I could pretend for a while that things were the same, but they're just not. It used to be I regarded dA as a safehaven for us artists. Now it seems they're just trying to exploit us.

Give the dA TOS a look yourself and you'll see. I mean, really read it.

For those of you who don't, I'll give you the basics of why I'm so angry (and if you don't believe me, again, go read it!):

You have rights to your work. HOWEVER, so does dA. It can use your work in any possible way it wants with dA and all extensions of it, and it may alter your work however it wants. It needs no permission. It does need permission for a third party, however, it still has the rights and it's completely royalty-free. If they promote themselves with it and make millions, you don't get a single cent. It can also, here's the kicker, use your name/likeness/photographs/biographical info in conjunction with this. And you can't do a thing about it.

I think we'll be relocating.

Nothing much to report. I finally got almost all of the stuff I had up on dA though.

*looks at her selected deviation, latest favorite, ID, and latest wishlist addition* SPOD I look like a big goth. But I'm not. I swear it. I have to laugh when anyone thinks any of my friends are goth. I nearly lost it when my history teacher mentioned Gothic arhitecture and added "By the way, it has nothing to do with people who wear all black. Are there even any of them anymore? I haven't seen many around here." and one of these hick kids goes "Yeah. They wear chains." In this, zomg, it's like they're ALIENS! kinda way. I so wanted to laugh and laugh. Although I'd kill to dress in lolita, sweet or goth or classic or WHATEBA *_*.

Anyway, I'm in a fair enough mood. I had today off school and got to sleep until 2 o'clock. If the sky doesn't fall tomorrow, I get to go to the mall and see my awesome friends.

Wow. It's been a reeeeally long time since I did a journal update. It's been a while since I've been on dA too (until just recently). Stuff happened. Yeah.

HOMISPODHYPERVENTILATIONSTATION. I got my watches down to 252 deviations. You think that's not an accomplishment? It was a good bit over 400 before -_-. The hyperventilation is both that I made some progress, and that I still have 252 to go, aaaah... this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't decided to FALL OF THE FACE OF THE DA EARTH. At least it's lots of pretty arts...

My scanner's hooked back up now though ^_^. I'm sure if you watch me you've noticed me posting loooossa deviations. Sorry to flood ya but I've been waiting to post some of this stuff since, ohhh... October maybe? Even before, perhaps. I hope I'll get some QUALITY stuff up. Most of my work's awfully sketchy, really scrap-worthy -_-. But I gots nothing else.

*singing* IT'S MOON REVENGE, ooooh...

As the title says I'm on a major couple kick (dunno if I used this before, but I use it a lot, like... I'm just getting off my Iori kick). MUST FIND FANARTS! *searches like crazy* ^^ I was lucky enough to find a picture with Fuu AND Sanosuke. Uber shiny! Although I didn't find much Fuu x Ferio or Sano x Megumi stuff. Found one or two SessKou and Sess x Kikyou, some nice Seishirou x Subaru (gah I love Sei so freaking much, it's got to be bad for your health to idolize assassins), and uuuubercute Kantaro x Haruka (D-chan's addicted to Tactics yes yes). I also found a cute pic of Meiling and Tomoyo with Meiling in Sakura's and Syaoran in Tomoyo's clothes. Adorable ^_^.

But I still need more ._. ... perhaps I shall post my favorite couplings for all to see. That way I can find more people who like them and maybe even get some art suggestions. Please post if you see something catching your fancy! I need to make some additions to the list though. Ooh, I've got to check out Ryou x Lettuce and maybe Mint x Lettuce. And blessed reflection of all things shiny I haven't even STARTED on Legal Drug searches... I know I know, weird couplings D-chan X_x.


Oh yeah and I list couples all screwed up, I tend to list the uke first a lot for some reason. I think it's because I usually list my favorite character first and I tend to like ukes better... ah well.
